Now that I am well over Covid, I am hoping the weather will co-operate to allow us to resume our outdoor in person classes this week!

Weather-permitting, we will resume outdoor classes Monday July 25, and continue with our Tuesday and Wednesday classes as well.

Monday is Hatha yoga at 9:30AM ET
