Says 'be polite,' and means, 'shrink,'
 Dare to stand proud, chin high, hands on hips,
And shout: "This is Me. I do not hide. I do not shrink."
That superhero stance looks so good...
It's easy to think of rest as 'doing nothing,' but look at a high diver:
It's incredible how much we can pack into 24 hours.
You're allowed to take some of that time for yourself.
Be open to your inherent worth for care and attention.

When life gets busy and time for you is scarce,
Look at little ways to get in your self-care.
Even 5 minutes matters; you're showing yourself you're worthy.
You are worthy.

Rise today, do your best, let go of expectations.
Everything is going to work out.

 Life is unpredictable, and sometimes things don't go your way.
The next time you face a twist, allow yourself to dream.
What if this goes right? What if things work out for your highest good?

When life gets scary, it's easy to get caught up in it.
Take a moment to breathe and pause.
Get grounded & act from stability instead of fear.

Be present and listen to that small voice inside.
