Hey Friends, please remember there are no morning classes today, Thursday, February 20, 2025.
Thursday evening classes run as scheduled, however, so 6:00 pm fitness and 7:30 pm hatha with Brad are still running!
There is no Back Care yoga on Friday, February 20, 2025, and no Hatha Yoga on Saturday...
