Inner Peace, Outer Glow Workshop is BACK and In-Person!

Get ready to ease your stress and bring back that spring in your step!

When you join Inner Peace, Outer Glow, you’ll learn how to calm your mind, help your sleep, and transform your health with beginner breathwork and mindfulness meditation. All are welcome, this in-person workshop will help you feel so great in the skin you’re in, and give you a simple practice you’ll be able to do each day to help you stay grounded and boost your mood - even when life throws you curve balls! 

This in-person workshop is happening on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at North Dundas District High School, room 130, from 1:00-3:00 PM.

You will discover what breath work and meditation are, get some easy-to-follow techniques, plus a simple practice to do each day (only 3 minutes!) to keep you calm and grounded.

These are techniques that are proven to help anxiety, and many students have found fantastic results also in their physical and mental health.
