Let’s keep going in our Technique Tuesday series where we look at Lunges. These are great movements to help mobility, strength and balance, but they've gotten a bit of a bad rap due to some misinformation about how the knees "should" look in them. Today we continue with Reverse Lunges, a great place to continue your lunge progression.
This is a series of videos where each video shows different modifications to help you find a comfortable fit for your body - remember, all bodies are different, which means our movements will look and feel different, too!
Lunges are a great tool to have in your strength-building arsenal, even if you have knee issues because there are a ton of different ways to do them to make them more accessible and build up the areas you need to while protecting areas that need it.
