Let’s continue our Technique Tuesday series where we look at yoga side angle pose, also known as Utthita Parsvakonasana. This is a great posture to help improve strength, balance and mobility in the spine, hips, shoulders and front body. The great thing is that while this pose can certainly be challenging, we will go through a few different modifications over the next few weeks to help you modify it for your body and comfort levels - even using a chair to help!
