We are halfway through May, and there has never been a better time to commit to your well-being.

This week, we've got a variety of classes to help you reconnect with yourself, and build strength, mobility and healthy longevity - just in time for your summer fun!

Monday: 9:00 AM ET Back Care Yoga live online with Meghann (60 minutes)

Tuesday: 7:30 AM ET Barre/Pilates Blend Functional Fitness live online with Meghann (45 minutes)

Tuesday: 6:30 PM ET Power Yoga in-person with Meghann at NDDHS, Rm 130 (60 Minutes)

Tuesday: 7:45 PM ET Yin Yoga in-person with Laura at NDDHS, Rm 130 (60 minutes)

Wednesday: 6:30 PM ET How to Yoga Introduction to Yoga Postures in-person with Meghann at NHHDS, Rm 130 (60 minutes)

Thursday: NO 7:30 AM Hatha online

Thursday: NO 9:00 AM Yin online

Thursday: 6:30 PM ET FUNctional Fitness in-person with Meghann at NDDHS, Rm 130 (60 minutes)

Thursday: 7:45 PM ET Hatha Sculpt & Flow in-person with Laura at NDDHS, Rm 130 (60 minutes)
