Choose Your Pace On Tuesday with Power and Yin In-Person Classes!

Tuesday is a great day! Online, Meghann is teaching a 45-minute, all-levels Low-Impact Fitness at 7:30 AM.

In person, Laura and Meghann have a great lineup of classes, and drop-ins are always welcome:

Intermediate Power Yoga at 6:30 PM for 1 hour with Meghann will challenge you and bring the heat, helping you build strength, and mobility and find the calm within the storm.

All-Levels Yin Yoga at 7:45 PM for 1 hour with Laura will help you find stillness and let go of the stress of the day as you gently stretch and release tension, building flexibility, mobility and peace of mind.
