Foodie Friday - No-Sugar-Added Iced Tea

Foodie Friday includes staying hydrated, and one of my fave ways is this amazing no-sugar-added iced tea. 

You’ll need:

2L jug

4 Twinings Raspberry Pomegranate herbal tea bags

1L boiling water

Pure lemon juice to taste (75-125mL)

Liquid stevia to taste (I like Now Foods liquid stevia)

1L cold water or ice cubes

Brew your tea in the boiling water until cooled, then remove tea bags and press out extra liquid. 

Pour the lemon juice into the container and fill 1/4 full of ice.

Add stevia (I usually do about 10 drops with 125mL of lemon juice)

Pour tea on top, then fill with water. 

Stir or shake and enjoy cold or room temperature ♥️
