2 New Series, No Fooling Around!

It's probably common knowledge that I don't like April Fool's Day around here. So, instead of making lots of ridiculous claims or pulling the wool over people's eyes, I  wanted to share something really cool that has been in progress behind the scenes for a while:

2 NEW class series, starting April 24, 2024!

Yep, that's right! You've got some incredible fun coming your way, and it's all in person on Wednesday nights.

Best of all, if you join before April 9, 2024, you'll get some pretty fun Early Bird bonuses.

First, I'm launching a beginner yoga series, titled, "How to Yoga", a beginner 10-week, in-person class series. This series is designed to help beginners learn basic postures and how to modify them for their body and comfort. This has been requested for years, and I'm excited to begin. We will explore different postures each week, how to use various props to make them more accessible, and then have a simple flow practice at the end of each session to put it all together.

Second, I'm bringing our stellar "Breath of Fresh Air" beginner breathing and mindfulness course to you, in person for the first time. This will be a 10-week course to help you learn how to breathe with intention, reduce stress, improve energy and get better sleep. It's also available online, meaning when you sign up for the in-person sessions, you'll also get lifetime access to all of the pre-recorded online content so you can practice any time you wish!

It's incredibly exciting, and I can't wait to get started.
