Learn to let go of the past, and stay in the moment with yourself - body, breath and mind. In this course you'll learn:

  • Breathwork practices to calm your mind and body 
  • Mindfulness meditation practices to find clarity in your thoughts
  • How to reduce stress, improve your sleep, and boost your mood to find peace in all areas of your life.

Module 1

Welcome to your course! You'll become familiar with the course outline, features, and your teacher for your journey.

Module 2

Build your foundations with some simple breathwork techniques and a gentle progressive relaxation meditation.

Module 3

Build on your foundations to develop your confidence and skill and begin to reconnect and heal with yourself in breath and body.

Module 4

Learn how to calm down after stress or excitement to take control of your emotions and find your own personal peace.

Module 5

Discover the calming influence that guided imagery can have on your body and mind with complementary breathwork.

Module 6

Discover the powerful combination of movement, breath and heart-opening mindfulness for your inner self.

Module 7

Your confidence grows, your heart begins to open, and your breath and mindfulness practice generate compassion for yourself.

Module 8

You find peace in love and kindness for yourself in body and mind with breathwork and mindfulness aimed at healing.

Module 9

Your mind is calm, your body feels lighter than air, and you can get out of your head and into your heart and body.

Live-Streamed Guidance


Gather online each week with the other Live-Streamed Course members as an empowering community circle to practice together live, ask questions, and share experiences in a safe place.

Live attendance is optional for Live-Streamed Course members but is always highly recommended to get the most out of your practice. If you cannot attend one of the Live-Streamed Course member sessions, you will be able to view the recording afterwards at your leisure when it is uploaded within 24 hours of the initial recording.
