Quite the opposite.
Power comes from being able to sit and listen.
To stand firm for yourself, your boundaries and your health.
Power is you being you, as you are, and being proud of that....

When life gets hectic and your breath gets tight,
Take a moment and get present.
Steady your feet, lift your heart,
Tell yourself, "This day and this life are mine."
Set your focus and clear away blocks,
Release busyness and start fresh.
