The details:

• What: 90-minute gentle relaxation yoga at the Yoga Harvest fundraiser for Community Foodshare Foodbanks, serving Dundas and Stormont Counties
• When: Sunday, October 19, 2025
• Time: 1:30 - 3:00 pm (Doors open at 1:00 for registration and check-in)
• Where: Joel Steele Centre (upstairs, it's accessible)
• Donation: $20 for individuals, canned food is also welcome!

We are aiming to reach a goal of $3000 this year, to beat last year's goal of $2000 raised in food and funds. We are getting closer each day, but we need your help!
