Weekly Affirmation: If the Shoes Don't Fit, Find Ones That Do

Breathe in. Breathe out.
Repeat after me, "If the shoes don't fit, I'll find ones that do."
Repeat it often.
We are constantly shown what other people are doing to be well and the amazing results they seem to have, and it's hard not to feel pressured to do what they do.
It's even harder not to feel bad when we don't get the results they do or feel how they say they feel.
That's ok.
We are all different.
If your health and wellness practices are a bit different from what other people do, that is fine. 
If it works for you, that's all that matters.
Maybe you like yoga, maybe not. Maybe you love HIIT, maybe you don't. Maybe you love meditation, maybe not so much.
If the shoes don't fit, you're allowed to find ones that do.
