September Strong Start Challenge Week 3 - Something New

As Week 3 of your September Strong Start Challenge winds down, your task - should you choose to accept it - is to try something new!

Something fun!

Something cool!

It doesn't have to be big.

It doesn't have to be expensive (or cost anything at all).

Maybe you try painting pottery.

Maybe you go to that walking trail you've meant to try.

Maybe you'll finally make time to read that book you've been putting off forever. Put your phone on do not disturb and dive in without letting anything else get in the way.

Whatever it is, try something new. Give yourself a break from the same routines and have fun, however it is that you want to have fun.

Take a photo of your new activity, if you'd like, and if you're on social media, share it and tag us @healthgirlcanada with the hashtag #healthgirlchallenge so we can cheer you on and share it!
