September Strong Start Challenge Week 3 - Mindful Walking
Sep 17, 2025As Week 3 of your September Strong Start Challenge continues, you're encouraged to get outside when possible to go for a short walk.
You don't need to go for hours, or to remote places, just a small, 3-5 minute walk is all you need to feel your feet on the earth, smell the air, and notice your surroundings.
Walk slowly, relaxing your neck and shoulders, breath deeply, let your eyes relax from constant screen time.
Bonus points: put your phone on do not disturb!
Notice how you feel before and after your walk, and make a mental note of that.
Take a photo at the end of your walk, if you'd like, and if you're on social media, share it and tag us @healthgirlcanada with the hashtag #healthgirlchallenge so we can cheer you on and share it!
