September Challenge Week 1 - Wall Pushups

This week, you'll be working on wall pushups (or another variety if these are too easy/hard for you). Use the hashtag #healthgirlchallenge if you post online!
I'll have a quick tutorial video for these tomorrow to show you how to get it done!
Remember: slow and steady. As we get back into autumn routines, setting yourself up for success looks like setting the bar low and being mindful of how you step over it. Don't force yourself; give yourself time to rest as you need.
You don't have to earn your self-care. You are always worthy of it.
Small steps taken often build consistency and confidence, and you are doing great so far!
