Plan Your Movement This Week!

Welcome to the first full week of February and our new themes! Our monthly theme for February is, "Love Your Body." We'll encourage body acceptance and positivity at every stage of your life.

Our week's targeted theme is, "If they don't walk in your shoes, they shouldn't choose your pace." We will encourage you to go at your own pace, no matter what that is, so that you can feel challenged in what you do, but still comfortable that you can sustain it.

This week is filled with amazing ways to move your body and care for your mental well-being as well. Choose Yin Yoga for all levels to calm and gently stretch, Cardio Fun Fitness to strengthen and build mobility, Hatha Yoga to learn to flow with your body and breath, Power Yoga to challenge and deep dive into postures, and all of our other classes online and in-person, you'll have fun and develop a deeper connection between your body and mind.
