
October's Schedule, Yoga Event, and Great New Classes!

🍁 This month, our Yoga Harvest Fundraiser for the food bank will take place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 1:30 to 3:00 pm (doors open at 1:00 pm for check-in and registration). 🦚 Our Tuesday fitness classes have evolved into Pilates Roller classes, thanks to popular demand! Limited spaces available; preregistration is recommended. You're going to LOVE this fun addition to your routines. Tone up and build flexibility at the same time! Beginners are welcome.
🔥 Brad is bringing back his Power yoga class on Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm after many requests for this much-loved, challenging practice. Some yoga experience is recommended, as the class has more advanced options for those who've been practicing for at least a year.
🙌 Meg is bringing back stretching class, now on Thursday nights at 7:30. Finish your week by stretching out those sore muscles and reducing built-up stress in your mind. Often referred to as Yin yoga, this practice is suitable for beginners and beyond.
