Aug 06, 2023Happy Sunday my dear friend, and I hope you are enjoying the summer, having fun, staying safe, and above all, allowing yourself to rest when your mind and body need it, especially on this Canadian long weekend.

Take naps, give yourself permission to slow down and even stop when needed. Tomorrow's blog post will go into more detail, but this photo was too adorable not to post, and as when she's awake it's nearly impossible to get a clear photo of her, I wanted to share it and make you smile.
