🤩 We're back to talk about our different class types here at HealthGirl and how to choose the best classes for you.

🧐 "What does FUNctional Fitness mean?"
 
🌱 Meghann's Thursday night classes are designed for people who want to improve strength, tone up, feel confident and find a way to have fun while working out.
 
🏋 You'll feel energized, strong and able to tackle whatever life throws your way!
 
😎 The mindful movements are done with optional weights, resistance bands, chairs and other equipment (all provided) to help you sculpt, strengthen and build mobility to help you in your daily life, sports, and beyond. Classes change each week to keep you guessing and progressing.
 
🤝 This is an excellent class to keep your week's momentum going!
 
🥳 Classes are an hour long and include a warm-up, cool-down, and breaks during the class, so you never overdo it. You'll need indoor-only shoes, and bring your mat if you have one (we have spare mats if you need them).
 
😃 This is a great class for beginners and beyond, though some experience with fitness classes is beneficial; modifications are always offered to help you find the perfect balance of strength and mobility. Classes are trauma-informed and inclusive.
