π§ "What is Hatha Yoga with Brad Like?"
π± Brad's Thursday evening classes are perfect for beginners and beyond to move, stretch, strengthen and challenge themselves without pushing beyond their comfortable limits.
βΊοΈ You'll get a full-body practice with themes each week that are tailored to the students in the class, so everyone can participate and enjoy themselves.
π Each class is different, with a positive and encouraging atmosphere and many modifications ensuring no one gets left behind or feels bored.
π€ This class is excellent for beginners and beyond, helping you move and be in the moment.
π₯³ Classes are 60 minutes long and fly by as you move and breathe in the different postures. You'll need a mat and some water, but we always have clean, spare mats and props if you want to use them.
π This is a great class for beginners and beyond. Modifications are always offered to help you find the perfect balance of strength and mobility. Classes are trauma-informed, somatic, accessible, and inclusive.
