π± Meg's Thursday morning classes are perfect for busy, "get up and go" days when you need a bit of movement and "me time" before the day gets away from you.
βΊοΈ You'll get a full practice, even though it's only 45 minutes, so your whole body will feel great.
π Each week is different, with fun postures and modifications ensuring no one gets left behind or feels bored.
π€ This class is excellent for beginners and beyond to move and be in the moment.
π₯³ Classes are 45 minutes long and give you a bit of calm amid all the busyness. You'll need a mat and some water, but we always have clean, spare mats and all necessary props if you want to use them.
π This is a great class for beginners and beyond. Modifications are always offered to help you find the perfect balance of strength and mobility. Classes are trauma-informed, somatic, accessible, and inclusive.
