π§ "What is Hatha Flow Yoga?"
π± Sheryl's Tuesday evening classes are designed for people with some experience with yoga. They encourage mindful movement, building strength, body awareness, and warmth.
βΊοΈ Your mind will focus on your practice, leaving the stresses of the day behind as you feel calm, balanced and present.
π The posture flows have modifications for those who want to push themselves harder or need to take it easy due to injury, fatigue, or mobility.
π€ This class is excellent for beginners and beyond to move and be in the moment.
π₯³ Classes are an hour long, but never feel that way - they fly by quickly! You'll need a mat and some water, but we always have clean, spare mats and all necessary props if you want to use them.
π This is a great class for beginners and beyond. Modifications are always offered to help you find the perfect balance of strength and mobility. Classes are trauma-informed, somatic, accessible, and inclusive.
