π§ "What is Barre/Pilates Fit Express?"
π± Meg's Tuesday morning classes are perfect when you have limited time, but still want to get toned and flexible.
βΊοΈ You'll get a full-body workout without feeling exhausted, using a combination of classic mat Pilates movements, Barre postures, and functional fitness practices.
π Each class is different, with a positive and encouraging atmosphere and many modifications ensuring no one gets left behind or feels bored.
π€ This class is excellent for beginners and beyond to move and be in the moment.
π₯³ Classes are 45 minutes long and give you self care amid all the busyness. You'll need a mat, indoor-only shoes and some water, but we always have clean, spare mats and all necessary weights if you want to use them.
π This is a great class for beginners and beyond. Modifications are always offered to help you find the perfect balance of strength and mobility. Classes are trauma-informed, somatic, accessible, and inclusive.
