🧐 "What is Back Care Yoga?"
 
🌱 Meghann's Friday morning classes are designed for people who want to reduce or prevent back pain, stabilize the core and spine, and move gently.
 
☺️ You'll feel calm, confident in your body, and able to move through life with less pain and better mobility!
 
😎 The gentle postures are done slowly and mindfully so that your body has a chance to adjust, stretch and strengthen without overdoing it. Movements change slightly each week to help your body adapt and stabilize.
 
🀝 This class is excellent for beginners and beyond to move and relax!
 
πŸ₯³ Classes are an hour long to give your body and mind time to be present, move and focus. You'll need a mat and some water, though we have clean spare mats and all necessary props if you would like to use them.
 
πŸ˜ƒ This is a great class for beginners and beyond; modifications are always offered to help you find the perfect balance of strength and mobility. Classes are trauma-informed, somatic, accessible and inclusive.
