No two days are the same, and that means your body won't be either.
It's ok if today looks different than yesterday, if your energy isn't the same.
Don't force yourself to be what you were yesterday; that's in the past.
Focus on today, this moment, and just do your best.
You don't need to be anything else but who you are in this moment.
