We've listened to you, and our Thursday BodyWise Fitness classes are now at 6:30 PM, and are 45 minutes, so you can get in, get your sweat on, and get to the rest of your evening (and maybe join the Yin Stretch class at 7:30 PM right after).
Our Moon Retreat on March 1 only has a couple of spaces left, so don't miss out on a fantastic afternoon of relaxation and connection.
