HealthRex Tries an Overhead Press... But Tiny Arms Make It Tricky! 🦖

Aug 14, 2026

Can everyone use the same equipment in the same way?

Not always!

In today's HealthRex video, our favourite purple T. rex discovers that performing an overhead press with a large T. rex body and very tiny arms isn't quite as straightforward as it looks.

Does that mean giving up?

Absolutely not.

It means finding an approach that works for your body.

Whether you're using lighter weights, resistance bands, a seated variation or another modification, the goal isn't to make your body fit the exercise—it's to make the exercise fit your body.

Myth vs. Reality

🦖 Myth: If an exercise doesn't look exactly like everyone else's, you're doing it wrong.

✅ Reality: Good movement looks different on different bodies. Modifying an exercise is often the smartest way to build strength safely.

Remember...

• Every body is built differently.

• Use a weight you can control.

• Quality matters more than quantity.

• Progress comes from consistency—not perfection.

Remember...

We don't force your body into the movement—we fit the movement to your body.
