It is estimated that over 80% of people will have to miss work at some point due to back pain. Sitting, stress, poor diet - our lifestyles just don't treat our spines very well! Knowing this, it is imperative that we all learn how best to care for our bodies, whether we have pain or not.
Join Meghann for a 2-hour workshop on how to reduce, manage, and prevent back pain. There will be gentle strengthening exercises, gentle stretching exercises, breath work, myofascial release, as well as discussion on other natural and medical ways to help.
This is an open session for Online 2-hour Back Pain workshop online via Zoom.

Time: 1:00PM ET - 3:00PM ET
The class will be recorded and posted in the recording section for anyone who can't make it live.
Session will be deleted after 2 weeks, but an announcement will be sent with a link for a permanent recording on a private YouTube channel.
This is meant to be available to all people, even those with low mobility, but caution is recommended.

We will be doing gentle poses and exercises that should be available to most people, but as every body is different, you will be encouraged to use common sense and not force, push or otherwise go beyond what is comfortable for you.
