We will share modifications using yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, chairs and straps to help you be safe and comfortable and enjoy your practice. Each week, you'll learn a few new postures and then try simple practices designed to build your confidence and competency with specially designed lessons that build on each other from week to week. Modifications and contraindications are always given so everyone can practice comfortably, even as we progress through the series.
