Join Brad Robillard, RYT-200, as he guides you through a 12-week progressive series of 60-minute workshop-style classes, specifically designed to help you build the upper body strength, core stability, and confidence needed to confidently fly into Crow Pose (Bakasana).

Each week will build on the previous week's postures and exercises, with small homework handouts that will empower you to practice safely at home in between classes.

 

By the end of the 12 weeks, you'll have the skills to find your Crow Pose easily, and recognize how these strengths translate into other areas of your life as well!

 

Build Your Crow, One Step at a Time

Weeks 1 & 2: You get introduced to the basics of the pose and how it breaks down into different elements. You'll begin to build the strength and stability needed.

Weeks 3 & 4: You'll set the foundations of your Crow Pose, building on the previous two weeks, as you mobilize wrists, hips and shoulders.

Weeks 5 & 6: You'll fire up your core, building heat, strength and practicing more challenging core and upper body practices.

Weeks 7 & 8: You'll start to put all of your hard work together in a series of postures and practices to get you used to moving into and out of Crow Pose.

Weeks 9 & 10: You're learning to fly! You've put in the groundwork, now it's time to lift off into Crow Pose!

Weeks 11 & 12: You can fly, now let's put it all together and explore variations of Crow Pose to make things even more fun and exciting.

Hi, I'm Brad, and I'll guide you through this workshop series. I'm a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance International, and love to help my students reach their goals with mindfulness and curiosity in a lighthearted way. I've designed Holy Crow! to help you grow your practice in a progressive series that is both safe and incredibly fun. When you preregister for the entire series, you'll get the handouts each week that go along with that week's class and are intended to help you grow your ability to balance on your hands, minimize the chances of injury, and develop stronger arms, core and confidence. You'll be showing off your Crow Pose to your friends in no time!

Requirements: Beginners are welcome, but some yoga practice is recommended. Please bring your mat (if you have one) and water.
