Breathe in. Breathe out.
Repeat after me, "I love what my body can do for me."
Repeat it often.
Learning to love our bodies can be challenging.
Focus on what your body does for you each day - sees pretty sunsets, moves, laughs, gives and receives hugs.
It's worth loving.
