The details:
- What: 90-minute gentle relaxation yoga
- When: Sunday, October 19, 2025
- Time: 1:30 - 3:00 pm (Doors open at 1:00 for registration and check-in)
- Where: Joel Steele Centre (upstairs, it's accessible)
- Donation: $20 for individuals, canned food is also welcome!
We aim to reach $3000 this year, beating last year's $2000 in food and funds. We are getting closer each day, but we need your help!
