It's a new year, and many of you are looking at starting, or already have started, a new wellness program.

Many ask, "Where do I start?"

Another question could be, "How do I follow through?" After all, if we can't stay the course, it won't make a difference how many things we start, we'll never get the results we want.

Here I lay out, quickly, 7 ways to try and stay consistent in your new routine.
