HealthRex: Can't Squat All the Way? Try Malasana with a Chair

Think Malasana (Garland Pose) isn't for you? Think again.

If getting into a deep squat feels uncomfortable—or simply isn't possible right now—you don't have to skip the pose altogether.

This week's HealthRex video shows two simple ways to make Malasana more accessible:

🪑 Sit on a chair with blocks under your feet for support.

🪑 Stand behind a chair and hold the backrest for extra balance while practicing the movement.

Remember, the goal isn't to force your body into a pose. It's to find a variation that helps you move safely and confidently.
