• Vision Creation: Tangibly manifest your aspirations through the creation process of a mindfulness activity. This month, you'll paint your own pottery mug at the Painted Parrot Pottery studio across the hall from our yoga studio.
• Gifts and Materials Provided: You will receive a gift bag with items to enjoy during the retreat, including crafting materials, a retreat booklet, and a few surprises!
